The Omron P7SA-14F-ND is a 14-pole safety relay base module with 24V DC coil , designed for industrial safety applications. It is ideally suited for use in machine controls, emergency stop circuits and safety-oriented PLC systems. This module is second hand, but fully functional and comes with relay (Schrack RT-relay or compatible) and socket.
The system consists of the parts shown in the pictures.
Advantages:
- Safety relay socket for 14-pin relays
- Includes 24V DC coil relay
- Compatible with safety interlock circuits
- Simple DIN rail mounting
- Cost-effective retrofit solution
---------------------------------------------------------------
2. General functions
- Usage with safety relays (e.g., Omron G7SA series or compatible)
- Suitable for 14-pin plug relay
- DIN rail mounting
- Screw connections for secure wiring
- LED display for switching state (depending on relay)
- Power supply: DC 24V
- Typical use in machine shutoffs, emergency-stop circuits, safety zones
---------------------------------------------------------------
3. CO₂ savings
Reuse of electronic safety components actively contributes to resource conservation:
- Ø CO₂ emissions for new production: approx. 8 – 12 kg CO₂
- Savings on reuse: approx. 10 kg CO₂
This corresponds roughly to the CO₂ emissions of 50 km car drive with a small car.
